Back with vengeance & 20/20 vision

A quick first message to you guys out there that have supported us for the longest part. Many of you have inboxed us directly asking when the site will be up and ready and so I thought it be best to create a post that updates you on our current activity and what we have been up to the past 6 months.

A great deal has happened and changed internally at Eics and as well as externally on our website (as you may be able to see). One of the main changes has been to increase our team and hire new team members in the blogging and journalism teams. We have spent a considerable amount of time on our brand to define many aspects of our business such as ethos and company mission. Many of you will be pleased to know this will reflect in the overall look and feel of the site once it is launched and ready.

Marcus and the team have been working behind the scenes to ensure the site is as compatible as possible. We have listened to the suggestions and have implemented as many improvements and features as we were able to. We have a lot of requests for features and so we have implemented the biggest ones to us. Websites evolve over time and I envisage the site to improve as time goes by, there are only so many iterations we can do in the beginning and we will keep investing in the site over time.

Other than the website news, we have a few new spaces now. We have been fortunate enough to be able to have expanded offices in order to cover more stores around the world going to places where girl and man seldom goes. Our offices now consist of London, Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore, Australia and the US. I know, at first that may seem like a lot of offices, and it is and that is what has been keeping us busy for the past year.

As you can image, I have learnt a lot about offices and the way they are structured and different laws for various territories and that is one thing about being an entrepreneur that you have to love, and that is the hands-on approach getting stuck in part of the decision to be a radical. The main benefit is that you become an epic problem solver and get to develop a wide sense of jobs and tasks required for running a successful business. The downside is that it’s all on you. Whether you fail or succeed, its all on you.

We will, of course, keep you dated on all we do and every update we have. We love you guys so much for showing us love always and supporting what we do, it is our hope that each and every blog post and video you watch from us is inspiring and makes you want to jump out of bed every morning with joy and passion for what you do and life in general. That is the type of energy we want to spread and so if we can give you that type of vibe then so be it.

Guys, that is pretty much it for this update, remember if you liked this article then remember to like it and also comment and subscribe if you haven’t done so already.
